Meet Our Health Professionals

Adrian Williams, PT

Owner/President

Adrian graduated with a Master's degree in physical therapy from Cleveland State University (2001). His focuses are orthopedic sports injuries, sports performance assessments, geriatrics, joint replacement, pediatrics, work conditioning and neurological rehab.

In his free time Adrian enjoys golfing and watching his two daughters play college basketball. He also spends as much time as he can with his family, whether it be during a game or a night they all have off.

Annette Stoyka

Owner/Vice President

Annette attended Lorain County Community College and graduated with an Associates in Arts and a certificate of Secretarial Science. Billing is her main focus. Annette handles the company’s accounts receivable and manages the Amherst facility. Annette is also vital to the company as a Notary Public. As a people person, Annette makes it a point to talk to each patient personally, genuinely asking how they are doing each and every day and getting to know them on a personal level.

Annette has a 24-year-old son and a 18-year-old daughter. Most of her free time is spent at softball games or with her two grandsons.

Ashley Bruzzese, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

In 2009, Ashley received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She continued her education and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2011. She has been employed with RCI since 2012. Her interests include a variety of diagnoses including sacro-iliac and spinal dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction, joint replacements, women's health (prenatal and post-patrum issues), geriatrics and sports injuries. She is also certified in CPR and is a credentialed clinical instructor.

Andrew Stanchak, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Andrew graduated with his Associates in Applied Science specializing in physical therapy assistant from Lorain County Community College. He also earned a bachelors in sports/fitness management. He enjoys being outdoors, working in his garden, hunting, and playing with his dog Chloe.

Cory Bendlak, ATC

Athletic Trainer for Amherst High School

Athletic Trainer at Amherst Steele High School since 2019. Cory is responsible for all the medical care of Amherst Steele student athletes.Cory graduated from the University of Akron in 2019. Cory is married with three kids. He loves to garden, be outdoors and spending time with his kids.

Jessica Moore

Administrative Assistant

Jessica has been in the medical field for over 13 years. She completed medical assistant program at OBC. She has three kids - Alex, Antonio and Myaiah. She likes relaxing at home with family and watching her children play sports.

Carol O'Toole, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Carol is a part time physical therapist assistant with RCI. She has been a PTA for over 2 years. She has two girls, who keep her very busy with their sports activities.

Misty Farlow, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Misty is a part time physical therapist assistant with RCI. She has been a PTA for over 13 years. She has two children, who keep she and her husband busy with their sports activities.

Renee Hayslett-Phillips, PT

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist at Murray Ridge School. Renee works with developmentally disabled children up to 22 years of age.

Becky Farmer, PT

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist at Murray Ridge School. Becky works with developmentally disabled children up to 22 years of age.

Angee M. Mayhew, LMT

Massage Therapist

She worked as an independent massage therapist with RCI over 10 years. In 1998, she graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy. Since then she continued her education in 4 different states, learning different modalities to help better care for her clients. In her spare time, she cares for both her parents, and loves spending time with her cats.

Cathy Benson

Transcriptionist

She has been a transcriptionist with RCI over 10 years.
